The much anticipated opening of renown Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto arrived Feb. 15, offering resort-guests and island hoppers alike a one-of-a-kind dining experience. As a matter of fact, this is the only destination in Oahu to experience the cuisine connoisseur's fare. The menu reflects the chef’s vivacious energy, showcasing Western and traditional Asian ingredients inspired by his own world travels. Although the new eatery is only open for dinner, guests will leave satisfied after experiencing dishes including Peking duck, sticky ribs, lo mein, tuna pizza and dim sum to name a few.
