Looking for a Red Hot Hawai’ian property? Anthony Kiedis has some land on Kauai he’s ready to unload.
According to a report by The Dirt, the Red Hot Chili Pepper singer bought the .42-acre lot in 2005 for $2.6 million. After a lengthy negotiation with local government agencies, Kiedis won the right to build on the property (which sits on the site of an ancient burial ground), and now he’s listed that 2,933-square-foot, three-bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathroom home for $9.975 million.
It’s a very chic, Polynesian-inspired getaway, built on rocky stilts and situated on the jaw-dropping island’s north shore. Built custom in 2008, the stylish home features cabinets made from reclaimed teak, wide-plank walnut flooring, black basalt countertops and a chef’s kitchen, the latter of which features a large center island and like-new stainless steel appliances.

The primary suite is fit for a Grammy-winner with a private lanai, aka a Hawai’ian style patio. The luxurious bathroom comes complete with a soaking tub and walk-in steam shower.
