Halekulani presents the work of six highly acclaimed artists for Friends of Hawaii State Art Museum (FHiSAM) through January.
Yvonne Cheng's work highlights elegant, strong women of Hawaii.

Head to the Halekulani Gallery now through January to see the beautiful work of six unique artists on display. Picked for their recognition and expertise, select art has been chosen from their individual series. The artwork ranges from Paul Pfeiffer’s recast of contemporary celebrity culture in sports and entertainment to Ashley Bickerton’s Cubist Head series, which displays work paralleling neo-geometric conceptualism. One artist, Kaili Chun, has had work featured in New York’s Museum of Art and Design as well as The Honolulu Museum of Art—Spalding House. Other artists include Lawrence Seward, who focuses his series on human psychology, Yvonne Cheng, whose artwork highlights strong Hawaiian women, and Garnett Puett, whose unique art collaboration with 90,000 honeybees creates apisculptures. These artists are bringing innovative designs to the Island and it’s the perfect Thanksgiving Weekend adventure.
