Cochon celebrated the fifth anniversary of their U.S. Tour with a first ever island event hosted by the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel on the Big Island. The flagship event Cochon555 “Five Chefs, Five Pigs, Five Winemakers,” challenged chefs Peter Pahk, Michael Young-Bistro, Mark Noguchi, Lee Anne Wong, Ed Kenney and Devin Lowder to prepare a menu created from the entirety of heritage breed pigs, nose-to-tail.
