A year later, the resort unveils its newest addition to its luxury lineup, the Coral Reef Penthouse. Located on the top floor of the Diamond Head Tower, the penthouse is a sight to behold with its majestic views of Diamond Head, stunning panoramic views of the glistening ocean and the nearby Waikīkī skyline. This restaurant is the perfect spot to enjoy Hawaiian cuisine with a modern twist. From fresh Kualoa Ranch oysters and Big Island goat cheese bruschetta to its famous mai tai and signature liliko‘i foam, Monkeypod offers an array of flavorful dishes and drinks. The restaurant also features an outdoor patio, where guests can relax and take in the spectacular views of the golden sands of Waikīkī Beach.
