Island hotspot STRIPSTEAK paired up with Davis Estates, a family-owned-and-operated winery located in Napa Valley, for an exclusive four-course dinner and wine pairing. Mike Davis, founder and proprietor of Davis Estates, curated a wine list to pair perfectly with executive sous chef Jake Saito of STRIPSTEAK’s menu for the evening. The wines offered from Davis Estates during the event include the 2016 Sauvignon blanc, 2015 hungry blonde Chardonnay, 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2014 phase V petite Sirah (a winery exclusive). Tickets are limited for this exclusive, one-night event so be sure to get them while you can. 6-9PM, tickets $175
