The partners have created “The Ultimate Rum Cake” for rum connoisseurs to sink their teeth into. Prepared by executive pastry chef Helen Hong, the cake is infused with Koho Hawaiian Agricole Rum, which is made from harvested sugarcanes. Robert Dawson, co-founder of Kō Hana Rum says, “Launching this Ultimate Rum Cake in partnership with the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina during the holiday season, a time when families come together to celebrate and give thanks, is another way for us to share our love for Hawaii.” The partners have also created a gift guide for rum aficionados including a trio of aged barrel strength Agricole rum; chocolate rum liqueur paired with barrel aged honey and coffee; and a rum cocktail set—among others.
