Half a decade down and Montage Kapalua Bay shows no signs of slowing now, rather it seems growth is in the cards with the recent launch of its new dinner-only restaurant, The Hideaway at Kapalua Bay. Adjacent to famed restaurant Cane & Canoe (which also got a menu revamp), the new hotspot is led by chef de cuisine Robert Berrera and includes signature dishes like fresh big eye tuna tartare, West Coast oysters and coconut shrimp. Also to celebrate its fifth anniversary, the opulent resort is offering a special anniversary package and added resort enhancements. Included in the package is five nights, a gourmet lunch at the historic Cliff House and all-day snorkeling at Namalu Bay, among other can’t-pass offerings.
