Haute Heels!

| March 3, 2014 | Parties

The Party
At its gorgeous jewel box of a boutique, Jimmy Choo debuted its 2014 cruise collection with a fabulous fete in support of Hawaii International Film Festival.

The Scene
To bring local flair to the soiree, the house of style turned to none other than Honolulu socialites at large Kristen Chan and Brynn Foster to host the evening. (Both are confessed Choo lovers.) The gracious hosts, along with store manager Betty Lieu, welcomed the bevy of guests, ranging from jet-setting shoppers to movers and shakers from local media, fashion and the arts—not to mention, one bow-tied petite pooch.

The Highlights
Bites from Kailua eatery Prima and prosecco cocktails fueled the highly spirited shopping, inspiring some to try on the brand’s sparkling heels and shades. A few fashion-forward gents even got in on the fun, heading straight for the men’s collection. But guests also got breaking news for the year ahead. Shoppers applauded with excitement when Rachelle Blume, head of stores, Western Region, announced that Jimmy Choo would be opening a second boutique in Waikīkī in the summer of 2014. –Photos by Travis Okimoto
