THE EVENT As part of Made in America 2, the California chef celebration at the Four Seasons Resort Hualālai, two-star Michelin-ranked chef Josiah Citrin of Santa Monica’s Mélisse offered a demonstration for just 15 lucky foodies, then a four-course feast in the evening.
