For 30 years, Interscope has released some of the most influential and cherished songs the international music scene has had to offer. From Kendrick Lamar to Lady Gaga, U2 to 2Pac, Lana Del Rey, Billie Eilish and more, Interscope’s roster has dominated the charts and the cultural conversation for decades.
Now, you can own a piece of that history, with a limited-edition artwork that sees some of the boldest and most influential contemporary visuals artists reimagine the album artwork of Interscopes’ biggest stars.
Takashi Murakami, Kaws, Shepard Fairey, Cecily Brown and many more have worked with artists including Gwen Stefani, Mary J. Blige, Olivia Rodrigo, those previously mentioned and more to create new vinyl covers for hit records.

The artwork, which will be presented as limited-edition vinyl records, will be displayed at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in an exhibit called Artists Inspired by Music: Interscope Reimagined—but first, the art pieces are to be sold exclusively on the NTWRK livestream shopping platform, and proceeds are set to benefit the Iovine and Young Foundation for building schools in south Los Angeles.
“While this groundbreaking art exhibit will be on view at LACMA only for a limited time, we thought launching a series of limited-edition vinyl to honor both our recording artists and the extraordinary visual artists who contributed pieces to this effort, would be a great way for this celebration to live on for years, and at the same time was a cool way to invite music fans into the Interscope’s 30th celebration,” Steve Berman, vice chairman of Interscope Geffen A&M, states in a press release.

Label partner Justin Lubliner created this concept of revisiting the record label’s history of groundbreaking music and recreating those pieces via the lens of visual art. The albums and songs were selected by some of the artists themselves. Interscope Records had the artists look through the label’s catalogue and worked with the musicians to create an art piece that resonated with the artist’s album or song.
The pieces are available for purchase now on the NTWRK app. A total of 57 iconic Interscope albums bearing one of the original artworks will be available to buy in sets of 100 each. Priced at $2,500, the albums will be delivered in a custom Gucci box. The sale ends Jan. 31.

The LACMA exhibit will include more than 50 works, and will be on display from Jan. 30 to Feb. 13.
