Owner Jake Nowicki starts with a creamy homemade vanilla ice cream base in this pineapple-infused sweet treat.
Syrups are made in-house and infused with artisanal ingredients like rich cacao and matcha.
Pineapple syrup is added and then topped off with the distinctively tart, sweet and sour li hing mui powder. A local plumeria adds a delicate pop to the ice-cold refresher.
