Pai Honolulu in downtown Honolulu's Harbor Court building is renowned for its innovative, ingredients-focused approach to dining in an upscale yet welcoming atmosphere. Executive chef and owner of PAI Honolulu Chef Kevin J. Lee has built a name for himself as a master of both the art and science of food after serving at some of the world's most highly-regarded restaurants and being part of the team that earned New York City's Dovetail its first Michelin Star.
Under Chef Kevin's direction, Pai Honolulu has continued to earn distinction as one of Hawai'i's best restaurants since it opened its doors five years ago. Now, the restaurant is reintroducing its Pau Hana offerings for the first time since the pandemic, ushering in a new wave of post-work comraderie for Hawaiian residents.
As of July 21, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. are reserved for Pau Hana, featuring drink specials and shared appetizer plates available at the outdoor covered rotunda or at the inside bar.
Fridays are a little different, however. Each Friday, Na Hoku Hanohano award winner Ben Vegas will perform live, and occasionally, other local guest musicians and talent will make an appearance.
Walk-ins are welcome, and reservations can be made online via open table or by calling the restaurant.
