Peter Vincent Architects (pva.com), an award-winning architectural firm based in Honolulu, debuts monograph Island Homes. The captivating book offers a glimpse into a world of thoughtfully designed new homes, residential renovations and commercial buildings, each a testament to PVA’s three-decade journey, masterfully blending architectural innovation with Hawai‘i’s rich cultural landscape. “This book details the stories behind some of our most memorable projects, bringing readers along on the design journey of each one,” shares managing partner Peter N. Vincent, FAIA, NCARB. Island Homes features an exquisite collection of twenty-one built works captured by acclaimed photographers Matthew Millman, Erhard Pfeiffer and Marion Brenner. Adding depth to the monograph, a foreword by Malia Mattoch McManus discusses how PVA’s projects respectfully honor their surroundings and cultural context. “Island Homes represents both a significant chapter in the evolution of Hawai‘i architecture and a resource for future generations,” she says.
