No one does shore style chic quite like a Hawai‘i girl, and beach lounging ladies the islands over have been seen with EHA Culture (ehaculture.com) towels and pareos. The Kaua‘i-based company’s eye-catching designs are all based on original artwork by founder Erin Hofmann. The O‘ahu-born, Kaua‘i-raised designer now calls Wailua home and finds endless inspiration in daily life on the island. “The beauty of Hawai‘i is all around me, so how can I ignore it?” says Hofmann. “Every plant, flower or leaf is a miraculous design by God that I’m blown away with, so I just want to recreate my own version of it so that other people can see the beauty in it like I do.” Our favorites include the collection of retro beach towels featuring island flora in muted pastels and white frayed edges that manage to look both groovy and entirely modern. Jungle-patterned Turkish towels and two-toned pareos with a modern take on the Hawaiian quilt round out the stylish collection of must-have beach accessories. Keep an eye out for her upcoming collaborations with popular Hawai‘i and California designers.
