Hollywood Goes Hawaiian

THE PARTY The Kahala Hotel & Resort hosted a two-day culinary event, with a Hollywood theme. The event included multi-course, gourmet dinners, a cooking demonstration, a wineology seminar and cigar tasting. THE PLAYERS Chef Carolynn Spence of Tinseltown’s Chateau Marmont; TV producer/vintner Rich Frank, owner of Napa Valley’s Frank Family Vineyards THE HIGHLIGHTS Gamers (we mean the food kind) relished the first course of rabbit served Friday evening. After each night’s meal, guests also had the chance to savor a stogie, care of Michael Herklots of Nat Sherman cigars. Photos by Diane Seo
