The Party
One of the islands’ poshest retail destinations, Luxury Row pulled out all the stops for one of the most glamorous art events, Hawaii’s Modern Masters.

The Scene
Honolulu socialites and culturati were out in full force to see the ensemble of works curated by Cedar Street Galleries’ owner Mike Schnack. Amid the artistic luminaries were noted photographer Franco Salmoiraghi and painter Hilton Kobayashi, whose works graced Chanel. Spotted there was the artist about town John Koga, as was Kristen Chan. Meanwhile, the young and the hip flocked to Gucci to see works by Tonia Moreno and Daniel Stratis.

The Highlights
In the spirit of giving, Luxury Row presented a donation to Honolulu Museum of Art’s Art on the Go program, which services at-risk children in the islands. While all the boutiques drew crowds, it was at Tod’s where the party kept on pumping. Amid glass pieces by Hugh Jenkins and Stephanie Ross, revelers indulged in rich tiramisu and Champagne, while General Manager Sanford Lee went above and beyond as the consummate host. –Photos by Tracy Chan
