Vegan Hills Serves Up Singapore-Style Noodle Soup in Honolulu

New culinary talent makes the reopening of Vegan Hills a highly anticipated island event. The menu features classic favorites like the Coco Cove ($17), a Singapore-style noodle soup; and the award-winning Why Not Chos ($17), Mexican style nachos made with cashew cream and jalapeno queso. Also find daily specials that include seasonal veggies, pasta and a soup of the day. All produce is sourced from sustainable hydroponic farms, while savory nut and mushroom meats are made in-house. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner; plus, with decadent tiramisu cupcakes from Shortcakes Hawaii on the menu, be sure to save room for dessert. 11am-8pm, Tue.-Sat., 3585 Waialae Ave., Honolulu, 200.4488
